The reservations carried out via centraldereservas.com will always be confirmed and guaranteed, even if you arrive later than 6 pm. If you are going to arrive very late at the hotel (later than 10 pm), please call the hotel to let them know.
The prices we offer our customers are negotiated by agents and tour operators with the hotels. Our system searches dozens of operators and deals directly with hotels to find the best price available.
When you arrive at the hotel, you will have to hand over the reservation voucher that we have sent you by e-mail or fax. The services that you have contracted with centraldereservas.com (type and number of rooms, number of adults and children, dietary requirements, etc.) are shown on the voucher. You will not have to pay the hotel for any of the services indicated on the voucher, unless stated otherwise on the voucher (e.g., if in the comments section of your voucher appears: “only children’s accommodation is free, the rest of the services will be paid directly”, this signifies that if your children have breakfast and/or any other meal, you will have to pay the hotel directly, since this service is not covered by the reservation with centraldereservas.com.
We remind our customers that they will have to pay the hotel directly for any use of the minibar and other extra hotel services (e.g., parking or garage service, cot service, pet admissions, minibar, etc).
The price and availability of the hotels that work with centraldereservas.com will be updated in real time, i.e. both the availability and price of the hotel may vary from one moment to the next. That’s why we recommend you make a reservation as soon as you see a hotel that interests you. If you reserve it a few hours later or the next day, the hotel may not be available or the price may have changed.
Showing your reservation voucher at Reception is a necessary step. If for any reason you cannot do it, contact us by phone or e-mail so that we can send it directly to the hotel.
In any case, don’t forget to write down your booking number and present this along with identification at the hotel.

We would like to remind our customers that requesting an urgent modification or cancellation, does not mean that these can be carried out without fees, but you may rest assure that we will do all we can, and a little bit more, to try to fulfill your request.
