A. Hotel Search

There are two ways to search from the homepage of www.centraldereservas.com: www.centraldereservas.com:

1. Search for hotels and locations:

In the hotels homepage you will find a search tool for Locations and Hotels in the centre of the upper part.

For the rest of the pages, this search tool is in the upper right.

Enter the name of the location or hotel that you want and click on “Search”.

2. Destinations Directory:

On the homepage there is a directory of all the destinations we offer.

The directory is organised in categories: Continents, Countries, Spain’s Autonomous Regions, Most popular destinations and Specials (Beaches, Snow, etc.)

B. How to search your hotel:

B.1. Step 1:

Choose your requirements: location, start and end dates for staying at the hotel and number of rooms.

B.2. Step 2:

People distribution in the rooms: distribution of adults and children in selected rooms.

Nº of children: children under 2 years old do not need to be mentioned as they travel free. If you don’t bring a cot and you need one, contact us and we will ask the hotel on your behalf. We recommend you contact the hotel to make sure the cot is available and appropriate for you.

For children over 2 years old, a spare bed will be included if requested.

For a double bed or other requirements: consult www.centraldereservas.com and go to the comments and suggestions section of the homepage after confirming the reservation.

B.3.Step 3:

Availability and price. The programme shows you availability and total cost of your stay in the hotels of your selected zone.

In the list of available hotels, you will be able to find detailed information about the hotel, its location and rating and comments from previous hotel guests. The hotels are listed in decreasing order of price, plus an option to choose the list according to customer evaluation (from best to worst).

The price shown will be the TOTAL price for the days selected, number of people and rooms, any extra requirements and taxes.

C. How to make a reservation:

C.1. Step 4:

Reservation details. Here you will have to check the selected details to make sure it is correct.

Enter your personal details and those of your bankcard. Remember that this is a guaranteed secure connection.

If you require a full invoice for the cost of your stay, enter the details of the person/company who requires it.

D. Reservation confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed once you click on “end reservation”. Your confirmation will then be issued along with the reservation voucher which must be presented on your arrival at the hotel.

The voucher contains contact information for the hotel, its location, the booking number, the end date of the free cancellation period and a summary of everything you have contracted.

Remember to always bring the voucher print-out to the hotel. If you do not receive the reservation confirmation, it may be because you have not completed the reservation correctly –one of the fields you have completed may contain an error. This will appear in a different colour, please enter the correct information.

E. Reservation guarantee

The reservations carried out via centraldereservas.com will always be confirmed and guaranteed, even if you arrive late at the hotel. It is not necessary to reconfirm your reservation with the hotel, but it would be helpful to call them if you are going to be very late (later than 10 pm).

F. Requesting invoices and reservation vouchers.

You will be able to see your invoice and reservation voucher by going to “My Reservations” on the www.centraldereservas.com homepage.To do so, you need to enter the booking number from your reservation e-mail.
